With my systemic view I focus on personal leadership and dialogue: everyone has to take responsibility for their own process. Manager, management, employee, ...

everyone has to know his place, task and role inside out

and everyone has to deal with it in a sence of shared responsibility.

Communication, authenticity and respect for yourself and others are key in every situation.

As an executive coach & facilitator my view on organizational development is rather unique. My specialization in growth, leadership, organizational development, work-life integration, career issues, conflict, burnout and stress provide me the right mix to support every system in the steps to take.

I start working from the here and now, work in a solution-oriented and goal-oriented way and do not shy away from the deeper layer.

and involve everyone in solving a problem,

organizing workable work or in organizational development,

Yes, an inspiring & motivating leader will indeed mean a lot to an organization.

He/she has a major impact because of his place in the organization.

However, this leader can not do it alone. If the people in the organization are not in the right – energizing – place, if they cannot live their purpose doing their job, if they do not know why they do what they do … tension arises in the organization. This is noticeable in matters such as loss of effectiveness and efficiency, demotivation, stress, fatigue, high turnover in the employee team, etc.

 

But above all, it will become clear that the organization does not manage to complete its mission, or only occasionally in a successful project. However, the true impact is not forthcoming.

An organization must be healthy in all areas: communication, culture, structure, resources, workplace and materials ... and leadership.

So a lot is needed to achieve a healthy organization.

A healthy company is a workplace where people thrive and can rise above themselves, grow and learn, ... together .

 

And how do you do that?

By making contact with the core; your core as an individual and your core as an organization.

Whether you are a manager, CEO or employee.  

And then bring all that together: who then makes the company?

But above all, actions in this should not be a one-time-shot. 

If you opt for sustainability and long-term effectiveness (and therefore a successful company) 

then you make strategic choices that have an impact on the health of the company. 

And that is primarily about the people.

Because your people are the engine of your company.
