what is a coaching program?

Suffering from stress? Or do you want to grow in dealing with what comes your way? You may be in danger of dropping out at work.

A coaching program in stress skills helps you to face life with more resilience. Professional and private.

In this trajectory we focus on relaxation, insight into stress and your own triggers and signals. I teach you the necessary skills to be resilient with whatever comes your way.

As a certified walking coach I like to put you in motion and use natures support in our sessions if that suits you.

​

A trajectory usually contains 4 to 7 sessions of 1 hour and starts with a free intake interview.

How do I approach (stress) counseling?

Let me change your view on stress: stress is not the enemy! Stress has a function, offering opportunities to grow and learn, showing you what is important.
Let me bring you a positive story about stress.

And I'll walk with you for a while. Because it is a quest for you to discover how you feel and what does bother you.
I offer you closeness, insight and a mirror.

But above all I train your skills; your skills in Living Life with capital 'L'!

I work goal-oriented, always put you in the drivers seat  and don't shy away from the deeper layer. Because what's below the waterline stirs our surface...

What does coaching cost?

how much does a coaching program cost?

A trajectory usually contains 4 to 7 sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours. We determine together what is needed, what is the best frequency for you, etc.

Hourly rate:  €60/h excl. VAT*

​

* excl. introductory meeting (0.5h - free)

Online, real life, in nature... 

Coaching sessions preferably take place in real life  but can also take place online.  

​

Allow yourself the support of nature! To really relax we need nature: her capriciousness, unpredictability, tranquility and all her metaphors.

​

Especially in a process growing with stress I often suggest walking coaching - especially in the first phase. It helps stabilize you (and your brain). This is necessary to continue working. An overtriggered brain or stress brain cannot be coached...
